Ceremonies feature second-to-none capabilities including multiple wireless microphone options, battery-powered + wireless speaker options to allow for ultimate versatility of sound placement at your ceremony site, and advanced recording capabilities to provide your videographer the very best in sound.
A FUN RECEPTION
Guests who are having fun are more likely to stay and celebrate with you all night. You don't want your guests to leave early...and neither do I! Keeping your guests entertained and engaged from the very beginning of the night is essential to the overall success of your event. To help inspire your creativity you'll receive a copy of Peter Merry's "The Best Wedding Reception...Ever!" As your Master of Ceremonies I'll make sure that everyone leaves your wedding having had a great time… even if they never hit the dance floor.
AN EPIC DANCE PARTY
While there are a lot of parts to your day, a dance party is one of my favorites. I love a great dance party and I hope you do too! I'll blend together your favorite songs with the hottest dance tracks using seamless transitions to give your guests an unforgettable dance experience.

The #1 vibe killer at a wedding is lack of flow and organization. I'll help you create and stick to a timeline to help make sure that doesn't happen at your party!
You only plan your wedding once, I plan weddings all the time. Your planning journey begins with my exclusive Entertainment Planning Guide. Full of my tips, advice, and experience you will see what a typical wedding day looks like. From there we'll have at least two in-depth planning meetings where I'll coach you down the road to wedding day success and we'll discuss ways to tell YOUR love story and let your unique style and spirit shine through.
Vibo is a one-of-a-kind music and planning app that puts wedding planning in your pocket! Full of song suggestions you'll be able to get ideas and choose the music for all your special moments and dancing. Import your already-done-playlists from Spotify or Apple Music for dancing. You can even get your guests involved by inviting them to request and up-vote their favorite dance floor tracks.
Blank walls are boring...I'll transform your venue with stunning uplighting included in every wedding package! Typically set to a solid color for dinner, watch as the lighting comes alive when dancing begins to transform your dance floor from an empty space to party heaven with lighting that syncs to the beat of the music, washing the dance floor in brilliant color.

If you think we're a good fit and want to move forward a $1000 deposit and signed contract is required.
You'll immediately have access to Vibo and your Entertainment Planning Guide and copy of "The Best Wedding Reception...Ever!" will be on their way to you in the mail. Three to four months before your wedding we'll have your first Entertainment Planning Session. We'll typically have one or two additional check-ins to finalize all the details.
A visit to your venue before your wedding is a chance for us to walk and talk through some of the important details about room layout, sound, and logistics.

Like anything you might buy, pricing for wedding entertainment can vary greatly. I realize many companies in our industry have similar sounding packages and service offerings, but once you look into them more closely and do your homework, you will quickly discover that there is a difference and cost may vary from company to company based on several factors including quality, experience, and the level of detail given to your event planning.
My talent fee varies based on the exact needs of your event but typically ranges between $3,200 - $5,000 for my services.
